As described on Chongqed.org, the RobotsNoFollow patch should really be included in the distribution, and is strongly recommended for any new installations of usemod. Without this, your wiki will help spammers' google page rankings, even after your users clean up the spam. This will mean they keep coming back due to the spam attracts spam effect.
